IoTForge / Account support

Delete your IoTForge account

IoTForge is provided by Rupak Banerjee, Cyber Wizard. You can request account deletion without installing or signing into the app.

Send a deletion request

  1. Email [email protected] from the email address registered to your IoTForge account.
  2. Use the subject IoTForge account deletion request and tell us that you want your account and associated cloud data deleted.
  3. We will verify ownership before acting. We complete deletion within 30 days after ownership verification.

Request account deletion by email

If the button does not open an email app, send the request manually to the address above. Sending a request does not itself delete your account. Do not send passwords, broker secrets, private keys, certificates, confirmation links or MQTT payloads.

What is deleted

Deletion covers your IoTForge authentication account and associated cloud workspaces, broker-profile metadata, memberships and session history. Any decoder records retained from earlier testing are also removed. You can email the same address to ask about a pending request.

Local data and independently held records

Cloud deletion does not remotely clear devices. Use Settings → Delete local MQTT data for the current data scope, or uninstall IoTForge to remove app-private data. Logging out hides the account's encrypted cache but does not delete it. Android KeyChain identities require separate system controls. Broker operators and destinations to which you exported data handle their own records.

Authentication-email and infrastructure logs may remain under provider retention/security obligations. The current Supabase Free project has no scheduled project backups; Resend documents 30-day email/log retention for its standard plans. See the IoTForge privacy policy for details, or contact us about a specific record.
